Firestone Complete Auto Care

Coming from an Auto Mechanic household and having our preferred shop, we decided to try Firestone on Reems and Grand. We had the pleasure of working with the store manager (younger gentleman), and he was very patient with me while we worked together on getting the right services lined up for my vehicle. He did a great job explaining the services we needed, why we needed them, and what we should expect for the price we were going pay. This visit is my second time back and I came in confident and reassured that we chose the right place for our vehicles.

If I could give zero stars I would. I love the Firestones near my house but unfortunately had a tire emergency 45 minutes away and went to this one. I regret that decision. However long they tell you it’ll be, make sure you triple it because they are wrong. I went in with an emergency tire change situation. I had just put the spare tire on due to a blowout and just wanted to quickly get a new tire because the donut was old and iffy. I let the guy know I was in a hurry, so I let him know if they were too busy and gonna be a while, it was totally okay but that I’d need to go somewhere else. He said it would be about an hour, so I said okay and went through with it. An hour later, my car hadn’t even been taken back yet. So I went and asked how much longer it would be. He said 45 minutes tops. At this point I knew taking the time to drive somewhere else and wait there would take longer than that so I just waited. I never showed that I was annoyed or got angry with them as I know they’re busy and things happen. Then 45 minutes later, I came back into the parking lot from going across the street and saw my car was still sitting where I parked it, no new tire. As I was going inside to get

Arriving at the shop Phil greeted me and got me all set up with what I needed and more, all at a very reasonable price. He was so pleasant, professional and efficient. The technician did an amazing job. I waited until after testing the vehicle to review his work. Well done everyone. I look forward to visiting this shop in the future with any maintenance needs!

I’ve come here before and usually have no complaints but this time I took my car in yesterday for an oil change, because I was heading on a road trip to Texas, and this morning as I was getting on the 303 I went to go clean my windshield and I have no washer fluid. Every time I go for an oil change they always top it off but not this time.

These guys had struggled to get the tires I brought them properly balanced, the machine was asking for a lot of wheel waits (Not the right thing to do) unlike the last shop to mount my tires these guys took the extra steps to do it the right way. Making sure my wheels and tires were properly balanced and safe to use on the roads. I also had issues with the dealership screwing my wheel up every-time I brought it in for an alignment. I can say with confidence my alignment now is better than it was when I bought my truck with 10 miles on it. Awesome communication from the service manager and his team. I’ll be going back!
